"Beautiful flat. Excellent facilities. Next to Lake Annecy and walking distance to town centre. Quiet location."
"Not a lake view as expected as masked by trees. Not 2 bedrooms as such (assumed pull down couch was classed as second bedroom?). Not an issue for me. Building itself is old and tired looking. Lift very small. Front door not secured. Would make 2 minor suggestions: addition of full length mirror (especially for people on their own like me!) Also shower holder for shampoo/gel etc. Never mastered the air conditioner as it needed to be managed via an App. (I did download it, but I never got chance to use it). The 2 tower fans were most appreciated. Hope this helps as I know new to Booking.com."

"The apartment is spacious and very well equipped, with an excellent location just a short walk from the Europa metro station. The building is clean and attractive, and there’s a small elevator that fits one person or two slimmer people. The living room faces the street, so you can hear some traffic noise, but the bedroom is quiet and peaceful. The wooden floor creaks — it gives the place some character, but it can also be a bit annoying at night, as you might wake up and accidentally disturb the other person. There’s also a separate relaxation room, apart from the living room — a calm, cozy space that’s perfect for reading or unwinding in the evening."
