"Perfect location, near the city center and near a big shopping mall and the train station. The room is small, but clean. The staff is very friendly."

"Great room for a family of 4 - mezzanine with single beds gave our teens their own space. Room was clean and the location was very central - only 5 mins walk from the Eurostar Train Station (and easy walk as well even with suitcases) Small kitchenette was great to have and the bathroom was clean and well appointed. Accommodation was also central to many different types of restaurants and cafes and a short walk from the Christmas markets."

"This was a fun place to stay as a family. Our teenagers enjoyed sleeping upstairs in the mazzanine and the room's decor! It was in walking distance of the train station and close to the Christmas markets."

"Excellent location near the Lille-Europe & Lille-Flandres stations. Short walk to the main squares of the city centre. Rooms although small had everything you needed."

"We loved the location and the vibe of the hotel. The staff were great as well. Room was big enough and clean."

"The elevator did not work and we were on the 4th floor so that was an inconvenience, but l think it was just for this time, they were working on it. Also our bed was made out of 2 mattresses next to each other, so we were sometimes falling in between. It was not super comfortable because of that."
