"This is not a fancy hotel but it was exceptional value for money.We were travelling with 2 dogs- so pet friendly with ground floor room providing direct access out to the car park, no carpets to worry about if there are muddy paws. There were no additional charges for the dogs unlike many hotels and they even provided a little bag of banana based dog treats. For the humans the bed was super comfortable, it had black out blinds on the window and at night was very quiet. Both the room and wet room were very clean with thoughtful accessories such as a nail file and shower cap. The hotel was within easy walking distance of both the river and the centre of town."

"Loved the location right opposite the beautiful Loire river. Such a welcome greeting and hospitalityfrom Carole and Eric, the proprietors and also from their reception staff. We had the apartment which was well appointed and very comfortable. The private car park opposite the hotel was very convenient. Enjoyed the wine tasting but should have booked the Spa earlier to avoid disappointment. Lots to see and do in the area so would recommend a couple of night’s stay."
