"Clean room, very kind staff, we had both dinner and breakfast and it was delicious, wellness with sauna and steam was also awesome. No AC but it's in the mountains - open window during the night was enough. Free public parking just across the street. Great pleace to unwind when on the road."

"Es war wie immer alles sehr sauber - wir hatten wieder unser sehr geschätztes Zimmer unter dem Dach. Das Personal im Hotel und im Restaurant beim Abendessen, bzw. beim Frühstück war sehr nett. Wir haben den leider kurzen Aufenthalt auf unser Motorrad-Tour sehr genossen."

"I didn’t expect The Ritz but it was warm and comfortable ; and extremely clean . The dining room was well laid out wiih a super open fire . The cooking was very good indeed ! My welcome was friendly and , because I was travelling onwards through Spain to Portugal , the location close to the motorways was very convenient . Would I stay there again ? Absolutely ! I was disappointed that I was unable to book a room for my return journey at the end of this month ! But hope to be able when I return to Portugal in May ."

"The charming little road leading to the property set the tone for a truly beautiful stay. The chateau itself is absolutely stunning, with a cozy room offering a lovely view right from the window. The entire place is wonderfully calm, perfect for peaceful walks around the grounds. The staff were warm and helpful, and the secure parking with 24-hour cameras gave us peace of mind. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would recommend it without hesitation!"

"Very beautiful newly decorated building. The establishment got new owners a few years ago and the have really updated the not only the buildings but also the operations. Very warm welcome, some welcome gifts, very comfy beds and everything just perfect. One of the owners family is engaged in the mussel harvesting business. He offered us a guided tour to the harbor and explained the operation. We highly appreciated that! It seems like most of the reviews we read before going to the place referred to previous owners and management. For us everything was perfect. And parking right across the street."
