"I like the fact that it was clean, the big super market is a walk away. It is in a quiet neighborhood. The bus stop is a walk away. Collecting the keys was easy."

"The flat is freshly refurbished, welcoming, bright a good size for two people, quiet. Comfortable bed ,excellent shower, well equipped kitchen. Private parking available."
"First the heating system was not fully explained to us and the last two nights we were cold. Second on arrival we found a notice saying that the apartment had to be left " cleaned " or there would be a charge of 15 euros. We always leave apartments clean and tidy. We would never knowingly book an apartment where we have to spend part of our holiday cleaning it . With this information booking.com must insist that the owner makes the full cost clear before booking is made. P.S. the same thing has happened to us previously, again in France, in Auxerre ."

"Logement dans un très bon emplacement. Le village de Luz-Saint-Sauveur dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un bon séjour (supermarchés, magasins, boulangeries) et se trouve à proximité de plusieurs points d'intérêt. Le balcon est très agréable pour les repas. L'endroit est calme et il n’y a pas de bruit pendant la nuit. Le personnel était sympathique."
