"Fabulous location in easy walking distance to all attractions around the town, host was very welcoming and helpful, apartment was spacious and very well equipped, quiet and relaxing at night, formula meals at Hotel Pelican also highly recommended"

"In a quiet location but very close to the centre of Annecy, which is a beautiful lake town. Apartment was very clean with a good sized balcony , great to sit and dine out on. We were met by owner's son who spoke good English and ran through things. I stupidly posted the keys when leaving in the wrong postbox but owners were thankfully very understanding. Please don't make the same mistake if staying here. Thank you for everything Christophe and Rafael"

"Appartement très bien placé, à proximité du lac et à 10 mn à pied du centre d'Annecy. La résidence est très agréable, moderne et calme. L'appartement est spacieux et bien equipé. Christophe, le propriétaire qui nous a accueilli est très sympathique. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !"

"L’emplacement et les équipements de l’appartement étaient super ! C était grand et confortable. Il faisait calme. Nous avions toute mes les facilités pour aller d un point à l’autre de Marseille ! Une bonne adresses pour prendre les bus de Castellane vers Cassis ou les calanques Sugiton/ Morgiou etc. Metro juste à côté en plus. Deux chambres c est super ! Des lits confortables. Une très grande cuisine et un super salon avec tv et wifi. Une buanderie avec machine à laver et fer à repasser, une super salle de bain pratique. Tout était bien décoré de façon sobre et avec bon goût. Un grand merci à Maria qui m’a renvoyé des documents que j avais oublié dans l’appartement !"
