"Low wooden beam on the landing - it needs a warning sign and ideally some padding too for tall people! No shop or restaurant within walking distance while we were there - but it was August so lots of places were closed for the holidays."

"Good room, great common area, very peaceful, beautiful breakfast and very nice, welcoming host. We were offered to help ourselves to fruit juice, tea/coffee milk, cold water etc when we arrived and also given a cold beer later. Much appreciated when travelling by bike."

"A wonderful welcome by the host with generous attention to detail. The copious breakfast was a delight with homemade yoghurt, jams etc. My room was spotlessly clean and cool despite the heatwave. I was travelling alone and stayed for one night."
