"Breakfast was delicious and masses of it - sets you up for the rest of the day."
"Stronger, better quality coffee to complement delicious breakfast."
"Florence and Olivier are super hosts, very friendly and welcoming. We had breakfast with them (very good) and with another couple who were staying at the house. They also cooked us a great dinner on our first evening."
"Nothing. It’s worth being aware that this is someone’s home, not a hotel. We were able to communicate in French - my partner is fluent and really enjoyed the conversation- but I’m not sure it would be as good if you had no French at all."
"The hosts were most welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. Home made pastries for breakfast. Very short walk to the lovely town river and restaurants."
"Unassuming from the outside but once inside the property opened up into a lovely garden with sitting area and pool. Not much not to like."
"Extremely friendly greeting, very hospitable, lovely stay and excellent breakfast"
"all was grear"
"Everything, from the hostess to the room, if truly felt like home from home."
"There was nothing to dislike."
"Amazing breakfast. The owner is a wonderful baker and makes her own jams."
"Aucun."
"My sister and I had a very relaxing night at Le Maison Florence. The bedroom was lovely and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was delightful plenty of choice. It was so wonderful to meet Olivier, Florence and their family."

"Beautiful room. Splendid breakfast, best scrambled eggs ever… Hosts were utterly charming and welcoming."

"Calm, clean, kindness of the staff, the rooms and the easy going environment"
"Aucun."
"Our hosts were very welcoming and treated us in a friendly way. The house is very tastefully furnished and decorated. A very good breakfast in the garden, with home-cooked croissants, homemade jams (even ortange marmalade), etc., was a bonus. Our room was air-conditioned."
"Exceptionally, we were in Mont-de-Marsan for the annual fetes (around 21 July), when accommodation is in very short supply. We were within 100 metres or less of a fairground where the rides kept going uintil 2 or 3 am. Even with the shutters closed and the modern noiseproof window fully closed as well, earplugs were essential. I would not hesitate to recommend this property during the other 51 weeks of the year."

"Location was great. Very cute lift apartment, a unique experience"
