"Difficult sleeping in a mixed dorm, got very little sleep. Breakfast ~ The coffee was good! They could improve on their breakfast,.Please invest in some mesh food covers to cover the food from the numerous flies. Also put a bar of hand soap in the dormitory for hygienic purposes."

"The room was nice and comfortable but the host Marc - he is great - he is great as a person, as a host and especially as the Chef because when we had a dinner we had a great opportunity to taste super delicious cuisine - we had some dishes with the taste and of the level of the Michelin star restaurant - it is the best restaurant in Alpes-Maritimes and may be one of the best restaurants in the France and whole Europe!!! Just come and taste!!! Also we came to Marc for the New Year night dinner - it was FANTASTIC NIGHT because we had a Michelin star dinner and had an Opera Concert at the same time - 2 super beautiful and tasty things at the same time👍👍👍 We will come back here again and again👍👍👍 I recommend 🔥🔥🔥"

"Ilonse is a very cute town situated near the top of some French Alps. The scenery is idyllic, even though the night we stayed there was a fog. The staff is very accommodating and they are dog friendly! The rooms are cute. Not a lot of space, but had everything you would need for a short stay. While food costs extra, it was incredibly delicious and a good way to really experience the French cuisine. All in all we really enjoyed our stay!"

"Amazing! The location of the hotel is unique. When I arrived the evening before, everything was shrouded in fog and snow and you couldn't see a thing. The big surprise came the next day, bright sunshine and the best weather with a great view. The hotel is located in a very small village which is easy to explore. And you've got a really nice view from the Bathroom into the mountains!"

"Logement correct et offrant l'essentiel, sans fioritures. La vue depuis la fenêtre est superbe, c'est très calme. Parking public gratuit à l'entrée du village, de là il faut marcher peut-être 200 m. Le restaurant est d'un autre standing, on a excellemmennt bien mangé !"
