"Our check-in was in person by the housekeeper of our host, who was on holiday. The spacious "country" home suited our large family well, especially with the pool and outdoor fenced backyard that bordered on a bike path along the Seine river. The 4 + 1 bedrooms, were spacious and all the beds were reportedly comfortable. The windows open wide which allows for a great breeze to come through the home. There were plenty of glasses, and the coffee maker worked well. There are some staples in the kitchen cupboard so check first before buying more. Two of the bathrooms have no sink - just a toilet so be sure to bring sanitizer. The master bathroom is huge and I love the space. Our site housekeeper Elodie was very responsive."

"The house is very well equipped and well cared for. The kitchen had everything we needed – it even had an oven. It's one of the best-equipped houses I've stayed in so far. Although it's a small house, the space is very well used. The sofa bed is also comfortable. The owner is fantastic; he allowed us to do a late checkout since our flight was only at night. If I return to Nice, I have no doubt I’ll stay here again!"
