La Faisanderie

"The house was in the centre of the Village with a Boulangerie just 50m away. The terrace and garden area was well kept and was in a sunny spot. All facilities in the house are highly maintained and easy to use. The Sunday market with the additional Brocante fair brought a great feeling to the Village and would have double the population. Our host David provided all the information needed to enter the property and left good instructions."

"Netter Empfang. Die Unterkunft ist kurz vor den Toren von Chalus, sehr ruhig gelegen. Ca. 450m entfernt ist ein Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Es war alles da, was man so braucht. Das Badezimmer war schön groß. Eine kleine Terrasse hinter dem Haus ist gut geeignet für einen Abendtrunk oder für das Frühstück am Morgen."

Only one restaurant in walking distance, (needs booking ahead like most places in The Alsace especially in the summer and at weekends). Host recommended any place 2k in the next village, which was very good."

"Nice breakfast, with some homemade products. The owners are very polite and nice, ready to help for any need. The room was nice and very clean. There is a private parking lot, which is inside the property."

"The apartment is exactly as advertised. Very cosy (but small, just as it says in the advert). Lovely fridge, useful washing machine. There was everything for a nice family stay. In our experience, it is perfect for 3 people (but it is equipped to host 4). The hosts were very helpful with all the instructions upon arrival. Parking place is right next to the building complex. It is a great value for money, considering a nice location and quiet and safe surroundings. We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment!"
