"Breakfast was generous with Gluten free options. Great service with staff ready to assist with everything from dinner reservations to drinks by the fireplace. Rooms were surprisingly very warm despite freezing overnight temperatures outside and us not using the heating. Champagne Avenue is around the corner and a lovely walk any time of the day or night."

"The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were extremely helpful, with much good advice volunteered about good restaurants and attractions in the town and surrounding area."

"The hotel was a little tired in places including the room, but was spotlessly clean and we were advised there were improvements planned. We were glad we hadn't visited at the height of summer though, as the rooms were very warm, with no air conditioning."
