"This new apartment is beautifully designed, well equipped and very spacious, located just a 5 minutes walk from the tram to the city center and beach. We were a couple staying for two nights in the apartment. The owner welcomed us in person and explained all you need to know for a nice stay (except of how to operate the exhaust hood 🙈). There is a well equipped kitchen, a living room, a nice patio, and a comfort double bad. The bathroom was comfortable and we loved the design.We really recommend!"

"The only thing that disturbed us a little was the (moderate) noise in the morning from the neighbors working in the kitchen behind the bedroom wall. The soundproofing could be better."
