"We liked the spacious and modern public areas. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, practical and comfortable and the hotel was only a short walk away from a lovely park and the historic town centre. Free parking on the road was good too."

"Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and a decent size. Air con while we were there in 34 degree heat was very welcomed. The bonus was secure underground parking for our motorbikes. At €8 per night, it was worth it for peace of mind. If you're a group, you would only need one parking space for 4 bikes, 6 in the space near the pillar if you parked strategically."

"A kettle and coffee making facilities would be welcome, although I appreciate that there is a 24 hour coffee house on site. This is not always practical if you don't want to leave your room. The shower wasn't great, however it is a personal preference and not necessarily a negative. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and I would stay again."

"Room was fine and the air conditioning was a relief in the very hot weather we were having when we stayed. Breakfast was good and there was good variety on the buffet which was topped up throughout the morning. Car park was brilliant and I’m glad we booked it."

"Vitré is a small traditional French town and restaurants and shops close on a Sunday and Monday so it was hard to find somewhere to eat on both the nights we stayed."
