"Location was excellent with town centre a short walk away"

"On arrival, getting to the private parking was a bit of a challenge as we didn’t know where to stop in order to get to the hotel reception - there are two IBIS just metres apart! We had to dump the car and rush to reception to check in and then get back to the car to take it to the underground parking…a bit stressful!"

"Great location for an overnight stop, with restaurants and amenities close by. Fast and easy to check in, with friendly staff. Secure underground carpark."

"Additional cost of secure parking (12€) would have been useful information on site. Bedside lighting design weird and not very practical. A continental breakfast offer might have been attractive."

"Breakfast was brilliant as had hot food sausages and scrambled egg rather than just cold food and there was a brilliant choice of that . Location was really good as so close to the old town and it was very quiet. We used the under cover car park for safety rather than risk it being broken int but not really necessary .. as seemed a safe srea. There was a paid public cat park next to it and quite a few unpaid parking spaces in the street"

"Only appeared to have loose tea rather tea bags which the other I is hotels had and could see a tea strainer so had coffee but would have preferred tea . Also although there was a push down plug in the wash basin it didn't go down so had to use running water which seemed a waste."

"The location was easy to get to with underground parking which is a bonus from the security point of view . The staff where very welcoming and efficient , the facilities where all working and the lift was a good size which is an advantage for anyone with mobility issues ."

"We thought that the room though comfortable looked very tired and was in need of new carpeting to replace the stained and worn one . It would have been nice to have coffee making facilities in the room , more for convenience because having to go to the bar for coffee can be awkward and time consuming if you are disabled . I don't know if this is due to French law or company policy ?"
