ibis Saintes

"Good location, clean and had a restaurant. Food was good and the service was fast."

"Nothing"

"It was clean and the breakfast was nice and had varied options."

"A bit complicated to get to."

"We chose this hotel for its location in France as our Santander ferry was cancelled so we had to get to Saint Malo from Santander as quickly as possible. It was very conveniently situated about 5 minutes from the main road. The hotel had everything you could ask for. We were allowed to take our dog into the bar area, which was very pleasant, but we could still order the same food that was available in the restaurant. The food was excellent."

"We might have liked to see some of the town but the weather was atrocious so we stayed in the warm and dry. However, the hotel is situated on an industrial estate so it would have been out of reach on foot if the weather had been better. Nothing to dislike though, and I was welcome to walk our dog in the hotel grounds."

"just what we wanted, great breakfast, great location if passing through, very friendly staff"

"nothing, it suited us perfectly"

"Extremely friendly and helpul staff. Very good food. Comfortable room. The reception staff when beyond my expectations in assisting us."

"The room doors are extremely hard and difficult to open."

"Very busy due to inclement weather conditions (heavy snow) with many surrounding facilities closed. The staff did really well to provide basic food and drinks and remained good natured and welcoming. Room basic but comfortable and pleasantly warm. Good breakfast."

"Not their fault but unfortunate that the restaurant was closed."

"lovely overnight stay. The staff, food and room were all excellent."

"Aucun."

"Modern and comfy beds. Staff lovely. Breakfast good."

"Rooms on the small side. But ok."

"Situation excellent for our trip from Sotogrande in Spain to the UK. They welcomed our dogs, and the property was very clean. The young lady at reception when we arrived was very helpful and had a lovely personality. We arrived after 5pm. and she covered reception, the bar, and provided food. She really needed help but her smile was always there."

"The room was a little small but was OK for us. Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but we had our own kettle. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Thanks."

"Easy to find and close to the A10 motorway. Petrol station and eateries within half a mile. Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed and good hot shower.. Free parking on site, dog friendly and a restaurant with bar area where dog can accompany you whilst eating. British news channel available on the tv. Ideal location for an overnight stay."

"Rooms a little on the small side.Restaurant and bar a bit overpriced."
