"Very helpful, friendly staff. Room was very clean, bed very comfortable. The hotel is located about 500m from my route, but also close enough to be able to walk into the centre of Chartres to see the splendid sons et lumières."

For some strange reason, the 88 cents taxes de séjour was not included in the price I paid through Booking.Com, and, as a result, we had to sit outside for over an hour and a half until Reception opened....I hope Booking.com can sort this out for the future. "Cycling trips always bring a concern for night storage of the bikes. This IBIS budget allowed us to store our bikes in our larger than usual room (107) on the ground floor, which was ideal. The staff are all very amicable, in particular the young lady on our arrival day who had to multi-task between her reception duties, checking-in new arrivals to promptly swap hat and organise/serve our dinner. We are thankful for her efficiency and "service with a smile". 👏👏 Perhaps there should be 2 people at night."

"The room was clean and functional although the bunk bed is not in a great position. Bathroom adequate and basin usefully located. Breakfast was better than expected from a budget hotel. The experience was good, the only issue I have to raise is that the rooms that I booked did not match those we were given and will raise this with Booking.com for resolution."
"Everything about Chambre d'Elisabeth à la Ferme was as spot on. Leading up to our visit we had a couple of abnormal requests which were met without issue. The room was lovely (the bed was extremely comfortable) which came with it's own TV and small fridge and looked out onto the garden. We could also use a lounge and dining area too. As has mentioned many times, the continental breakfast was plentiful! Elisabeth is a delight. Always with a smile on her face and seems genuinely interested in how your day has been. The main benefit for us was the secure parking which apart from being on the edge of a small village in the middle of the countryside, the whole property is fenced securely with locking gates."
