Hôtel Riesner

"Lovely hotel near the gare de Lyon. Easy access to the centre of town via the metro. Lovely breakfast included. Room was small but clean and had everything you needed for a short stay."

"The location was perfect, next to major public transport hubs. The area was nice, quite, a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Breakfast was good, with a lot of options. Beds were very soft and comfortable."

"The breakfast aerea was a bit small to fit everyone in busy periods, and you had to wait until someone left."

"Location near the Gare de Lyon was excellent. Only five minutes walk away but in a very quiet side street. We were upgraded to a bigger room which was a bonus. It was well equipped with kettle and coffee maker and a bottle of water too. Good breakfast."

"A hook in the bathroom would have been useful…… otherwise all good."

"The hotel was extremely accommodating when our Eurostar got cancelled. They were able to find a room for us to extend our stay for another two nights. Would recommend staying here."

"The staff were wonderful - very welcoming and helpful. The breakfasts were amazing - freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruit salad lovely coffee, scrambled egg, bread and viennoiseries were all good."

"We had 2 superior rooms - beds were comfortable but it would have been nice to have a relaxing chair in the rooms. The bathrooms were well appointed but the toilet, in one of the rooms, was so close to the wall that the knees kept hitting the wall when sitting down."
