"Whilst we all loved the dog who greets you and chats, the lobby does smell of the dog! The restaurant and gardens were closed which was a shame. The staff helped us to find a restaurant and booked it but failed to tell us there were two restaurants of the same name. We were very late for our reservation as it was a long walk from the hotel!"
