"Second time stay at the Igloo. The hotel has a very nice feel to it, very well managed and in a great location. The facilities are very good and well looked after. It is a welcoming place after a hard days skiing."

"Jo (owner), her daughter and all the staff at Hotel Igloo looked after our family perfectly. The hotel is absolutely fabulous, 3 min walk to the Pleney ski lift and close to all amenities. We look forward to staying here again."

"They had a ski store rooms, they had pastries at reception, breakfast was lovely and rooms were cleaned , sauna was a treat, we asked for a double which was done and had an incredible view of pleny slope! We also were right in centre of town"

"the location is pretty good, very close to the slopes and restaurants. breakfast was very nice and having a sauna after skiing was definitely great."

"I think it would have been great to have instructions on how to use the sauna because I saw people not using a towel in the sauna and just sweating directly on the wood. pretty disgusting. since there were no instructions, maybe they did not know how to use it? also I saw people with plastic slippers in the sauna on the wood."
