Hotel Chagnot

"Everything was brilliant. The staff were so friendly, the room was clean and comfy."

"Can't complain about anything"

"The hotel is in a brilliant place ten minutes from Eurostar station. The rooms are compact but very clean and comfortable. It was quiet and we slept well. The staff were very helpful and recommended a very good place to eat. Above all it was extremely good value for money. We were travelling down to the south of France and by using Lille you cut out Paris transfers and expensive hotels. We will stay again."

"Nothing"

"Excellent location, right by Gare Lille Flandres and only a few minutes further to Lille Europe. Great restaurants next door. Check in was so easy and we arrived early but our room was ready. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"It’s France, the rooms are always a bit small! But still a good size for two people."

"Friendly staff who were happy to help, fantastic location in the centre of Lille not far from Eurostar stop and near train station in Lille. Room was comfy for a pleasant few nights. Would highly recommend."

"We didn’t have milk for our tea and coffee but realise if we had of asked we would have gotten this."

"Great location, right across from the train station. The staff were helpful and it was quiet considering it was located in the bustling streets."

"Basic interior and small rooms. But it was good for us and how often we were in the room."

"Staff were all friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was great for walking to the places I wanted to see, old town, Palais des Beaux Arts, Hospice Comtesse, Citadelle and shopping centre. Lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby. Our room had a view over the busy Place de la Gare which we enjoyed"
