"Great place to stop off. The room was surprisingly large and liked the kids had new further away from each other (6 and 3, like to try and keep each other up). Bathroom was amazing, bath and separate large shower. Would definitely stay again for a night and breakfast was lovely. Staff very helpful."

"Very clean, very convenient. It was only for one night so I didn't have much transaction with the staff but what I had was good."
"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Les Sapins in La Clusaz. The location is absolutely perfect for skiing, right on the slope, which makes it incredibly easy and convenient to enjoy the mountains. The hotel itself is beautiful, warm, and very welcoming. What really stood out was the incredible assistance from the staff. Unfortunately my husband got injured during our trip and we had to cut our stay short. The team was extremely kind, supportive, and helpful during a stressful situation. Their understanding and care made a difficult moment much easier for us, and we truly appreciated their help. Even though our trip ended earlier than expected, we left with a very positive impression. We would absolutely recommend this lovely hotel to anyone looking for a perfect ski location with exceptional service, and we hope to return in the future."

"Perfect for my elderly father who is in a wheelchair. All our requests were met and we had two rooms close to each other and on the ground floor. Plenty of free and secure parking. The reception/manager was exceptionally good and although we both spoke only a little of each other’s language, we conversed successfully and in depth. She was a very friendly and accommodating lady who went out of her way to please and even finding Earl Grey T-bags for breakfast!"
