"the place is near the city centre. Although it is a bit noisy at night, because it is close to several restaurants, you can still rest well."

"There is no air conditioning in the property. it would be better if this could be done"

"Great central location, private, comfortable, lots of bars and restaurants nearby, provided fresh towels and was clean.Does not deserve as many bad reviews as it has , good cheap value"

"Was on a central location with bars so can get very loud , even with windows closed . A old man who lives opposite , would stare into the flat and wave (we were two young girls) , someone kept ringing the intercom and yelling at us to let him up (again a man) . Owners obviously cant control this but worth mentioning. Did feel safe enough,as door had many locks. Shower did flood and pipes got so hot you would burn yourself and cooking facilities were limited but doable."

"The Landlady was really nice. We could stay longer at the check out day. The location was great. We spent there 5 days, 2 adults and 2 kids (8, 11) and it was ok, because we were the whole day out."

"The location of the apartment is great, right in the city center with lots of restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, etc. nearby. Getting the keys was super easy thanks to the explanation we got beforehand (Only in french though). The bedrooms are small but cozy. We had a little "emergency" with our toddler one evening (we needed new bedsheets) and they provided us with two sets the next morning. There are plenty of outlets and a nice big mirror."

"Everything. All the great reviews are true . Stayed 4 nights. After 11 weeks in Europe this was the best stay. Delphine has added little touches...like soft toilet paper 😄....to make you feel valued guests. Water, ice, coffee, tea, tinfoil, snacks, lots of power points, fan and aircon...just everything you need. Location amazing...we could hear evening buskers from the square but nights were quiet...though street cleaning starts at 6am. Close to sites and supermarkets. Great communication via Whatsapp and photographs sent of how to enter via lock box so it was easy even for we 70 year olds! Luggage up stairs as usual for France. The double bed is small but we knew that from reviews...and we are 6ft+ but the bed was very comfortable. A perfect stay...thank you Delphine."
