"A remarkably good hotel, with pleasant clean well-maintained rooms, smartly designed with real materials like wooden floors, cotton bedcovers, linen curtains and real paintings. In a very nice, easily accessible neighborhood. Very friendly staff, the boss is also quite personable. I recommend the french breakfast which they bring to your room."

"We liked very much the friendly stuff, the room was enough big (for Paris), very good and clean bathroom. Location is very close to the Pere Lachaise cemetery, which is great to walk around. There are many nice places to have breakfast or lunch close to the hotel."

"We love that the hotel was small and located in an old building in a residential area of the city. It didn't feel touristy at all. The staff were very friendly and kind - they even upgraded our room and moved our luggage for us while we were out of town."

"The layout of the bathroom was very odd. There was a narrow opening between the shower and the wall that we had to squeeze through to reach the toilet. It would be better to have the toilet where the bidet is and vice versa. The towels are also pretty old, threadbare, and thin - they would benefit from being replaced."

"The breakfast of croisants, bread, jam, yoghurt, orange juice, coffee and tea delivered to our room at a time of our choosing! The room was basic but adequate and the bathroom was spacious. It was all very clean. The location is in a very nice part of Paris. The staff were very friendly."
