"Wonderful secluded, quiet property in large "natural" gardens with a range of seating/relaxing areas, unusual plants, a stream and a lake. Large indoor and outdoor dining areas with kitchen facilities which could be used by guests.Excellent inclusive continental breakfast with fresh fruit, homemade jams and honey made from the hosts own bees. Airy, cool (it was very hot during our stay) room and spacious bathroom with large, walk in shower. Plenty of on site parking.This was a short distance from our room but we were able to park outside it when loading and unloading the car. The attractions and eateries of Pierrefonds and Compiegne are a short drive away. Also easy access to forest cycle routes and walks."

"As a group of 6 cyclist we stayed at Gite de Traunchanieres last week for four nights - and we really enjoyed this fabulous place. First class. The house and the garden are gorgeous - and the Brittany environment is so quiet and calm.  We slept like logs there. Agnes and Claude were first class hosts and the closest village is with supermarket and restaurant only 10 mins away on bike. Ideal. We may well be going back there…...  Thanks Agnes & Claude"

"The owner, Rodolphe, has been very attentive and supportive all throgh the period of our stay. Getting the key and checking out was very easy. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all the necessary facilities. Location is perfect to visit the old town and go to the various beaches (especially the Gravette). It has been actually quite a pleasent stay and I don't hesitate to fully recommend this accomodation."
