"Accueil en personne avec visite du logement. Propriétaire très réactif. Logement bien agencé, moderne et tout équipé. Le jardin est très agréable. Le spa et la piscine sont propres. 10 vrais couchages dans 4 vraies chambres. Nous sommes venues entre amies mais trés bien aussi pour une famille je pense."

"We phoned the number given to us and arranged a meeting time and place. A lovely lady met us and she explained all that we needed to know.On our departure we phoned the number again told her our time of departure we were told this would be no problem almost to the minute there was someone to collect the keys and check the apartment,a different lady but just as lovely. I am english with very little command of french but arrival and departure went without problems.The very safe parking garage is a real bonus,easy road access to central La Rochelle.A very nice apartment"

"We stayed at Chalet le Perry for a weekend and we had a great time. the owners are very kind and friendly, ready to help you if necessary. Excellent hosts. The structure is vey beautiful, new, clean away from confusion but close to everything. If weather permits, breakfast is served outside on the terrace which offers a beautifull view. A wonderfull way to start the day. If you are looking for an accomodation in this area, Chalet le Perry is certainly an excellent choice. Many thanks to Julie and John for their hospitality."
