"Lovely, spacious room with a balcony. Super breakfast. Very interesting to read about the history of the building, with its 1950s/1960s' period being reflected in some of the decor. Nice to have jazz music at breakfast!"

"A very nice place to base ourselves, we only had one criticism, which was nothing to do with the property, you definitely need your own transport, as there is no local bus services passing on the road , near the house to go go into Bergerac for example to go further afield via train, it would have to be taxi both ways. The hosts were above and beyond anything we have experienced at any other place we have stayed at🥰🥰🥰 thanks to them and Thier help and generosity, we all agreed that they and Thier dog made this one of best holidays ever, so it is 5 glorious stars from us. The wife has reminded me should be 6 stars, as every morning fresh bread delivered, and in the house was home made jam to die for🥰 and the wildlife and horses were a joy to be on the door step🥰"
