"Beautifully presented in a great location. We were visiting family who live on the same street so only used the bedroom and bathroom. Nevertheless the kitchen seemed to be equipped with everything you could need on a short stay. Communication with the owner was brilliant. Will definitely use this again."

"Needed the phone torch to read the keypads when returning to the apartment late at night,but that is a tiny quibble."

"Destination is in a great location both to access from the train station (5 mins walk) and for exploring the old town and lake. The apartment itself is a good size with a large bed and a well equipped kitchen. It also has a lovely sunroom overlooking an internal courtyard. The apartment is accessed via a secure locked foyer and is on the first floor. Our host Raffaele was excellent in communicating with us and provided clear information about the apartment."

"The apartment does not have air conditioning, this wasn’t a problem for us in September, but it may be different in warmer weather. We were not able to find any English speaking channels in the TV"

"The apartment has a very nice decorated in open spaced and airy when you opened all the window which was facing the courtyard. The apartment itself very cleaned, comfy bed, decent kitchen amenities and is closed to all Annecy attractions, shops and supermarkets and it’s less than 10 minutes walk to Annecy train station."

"Tout, l'emplacement plus que parfait, proche des rues piétonnes, du lac et en même temps de la gare. L'appartement était très bien agencé et cosy. Un seul étage à monté et 2 portails sécurisés, ce qui est rassurant."

"Le bruit de la cage d'escaliers, on dirait que les gens traverse notre logement à chaque fois qu'ils sont a notre étage car la porte n'est pas insonorisée. Le seul bémol, mais nous n'avons pas été dérangés la nuit ce qui est le plus important."
