"Everything was just perfect, it was clean, well situated, everything you could possibly need was catered for from a hairdryer, to an iron and ironing board. It was very clean and the garden was well appointed- all delightful. Although near a train line- it truly didn’t disturb or distract. The owners Laure and Mathias were very delightful and helpful. Happy to recommend their cottage and we would be very happy to return!"

"The interior of the cottage is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. The quality of the beds guaranteed a good night's sleep and we also enjoyed the pool every day. Laure and Mathieu, the owners, are lovely and offer helpful advice about local things to do and places to eat - they are amazing and could not make you feel any more welcome. The cottage feels really private and secure and was easy to find, set back off a D road. The local town is very pretty and there is lots to do in the surrounding area. This is our sixth trip to France in the last ten years and this is without doubt the best place we have stayed."

"The cottage is so cosy and well appointed. It had everything we needed, a well stocked kitchen, relaxing lounge, the bed was very comfortable and the shower is excellent. The gas heater made the space very toasty in the evening chill. Chenonceaux is just down the road and there is plenty to do in the local area, or to explore further afield. However the true highlight is Mathias and Laure. They are amazing and made us so welcome - they recommended local markets and places to eat and happily chatted with us. We had an amazing stay with perfect hosts."

"The hosts were exceptionally friendly and made us feel tight at home. The gite was fabulous lots of space inside and out. The family cat and her friend were also friendly which we liked as we miss our cats when away. The pool was a great size to swim in with place to sit and relax. It was close to local amenities and also not far from some stunning chateau’s which we visited and thoroughly enjoyed. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone fancying a stay in the Loir Valley."

"There were no trays to put things on to go in the oven, and only one rack in the oven. There is no air conditioning although we managed with the fan and the air cooler"
