"It was very close to two metro lines within easy walking distance, with some convenient shops nearby such as a supermarket and lovely bakery across the road. The cooking equipment was modern and easy to use. It was secure and felt safe. The hanging plants gave it a very unique character."

"The bed was a bit Spartan, and there was no TV. The bathroom could use a little bit of maintenance - just little things however noticeable (shower head fitting and door seal). Also, putting carpet on the wooden stairs might make them a bit less slippy."

"there were quite a lot of stair and I have severe back pain. Stairs are spiral and steep. However, I did not check this before I went so it is my own fault."

"The apartment is really cute and comfortable, the French bed is really pretty and we found it comfortable. The apartment is really close to a subway station and many nice restaurants, the host was really nice and always responsive."

"The area itself is not amongst the safest, you sometimes find weird people walking around, but as long as you ignore them you will be fine."

"Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage! Gute Verkehrsanbindungen, Gare du Nord gut zu erreichen, günstige Lokale und Bars vor der Haustür1 Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet! Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, die Küchengeräte funktionieren und es sind Gewürze, Tee und Kaffee vorhanden! Das Badezimmer sieht ansprechend aus, die Dusche ist warm, viele Pflegeprodukte!"

"Leichter Muffgeruch aus dem Badezimmer, lag aber auch vielleicht daran, dass die Wohnung vorher nicht benutzt worden ist. Immer, wenn wir von unserer Besichtigungstour wiederkamen, haben wir gelüftet, dann ging es wieder. Keine großen Kaffeebecher! Nur eine Bettdecke!"

"Super Lage, nah am Gare de´l Est, ruhig, weil nach hinten raus in den Innenhof, viele kleine Imbissläden aus aller Welt in nächster Nähe."

"Bem localizado para chegar de metrô ou a pé em muitas áreas de interesse. Comunicação com o anfitrião foi excelente. Studio exatamente como está no anúncio e cheio de plantas o que o deixa muito confortável. Não senti falta de nenhum equipamento durante a estadia."

"Não é correto dizer que não gostei, mas certamente o colchão já teve dias melhores. Enviei mensagem para o anfitrião informando-o disto e ele disse-me que fará a troca imediatamente. Portanto, na minha próxima ida a Paris devo ficar novamente neste local."

"É próximo à linha 7 do metrô, tem mercado e padaria logo em frente; muito boa localização. A limpeza e organização do Studio excelentes. Silencio absoluto. A entrada do prédio pode assustar, mas dentro do alojamento é muito aconchegante."

"Só recomendo levarem itens pessoais como toalhas, pois as que estavam lá não pareciam higienizadas. O mesmo vale aos talheres. Recomendo ao proprietário também disponibilizar armários para organizarmos nossas roupas e afins. O Studio é pequeno e passar muitos dias só tendo nossas malas como guarda-roupas é complicado."

"El lugar es espacioso para ser paris, muy buenas amenidades , cómodo , tenía cafetera , utensilios , la decoración estaba ideal todo super bien El host es super amable y atento , esto fue muy importante puesto que nos ayudó demasiado tanto para el check in como para la salida , de verdad muy amable y servicial"

"Aunque tiene varias opciones de transporte muy cerca , diferentes líneas de tren y metro , la zona en las noches tenía muchas personas de aspecto dudoso , es de aclarar que nunca nos pasó nada y siempre fue seguro , pero la percepción visual era algo dark"
