Clean, comfortable and quiet - bliss ☺️👌 Perpignan looks like it has seen better days - a bit economically challenged and a lot of dog 🐕 poo 💩- but the people were lovely as were the local sights, restaurants & bars, and we thoroughly enjoyed our passing visit; 2-nights was plenty for us. We opted for the less expensive parking at Arago which was only 5min walk and was €16/day. Much better value than Place de la Republic 👊 We stayed in the blue apartment on 4th floor - lots of stairs with no lift but no issue for us and so total peace & relaxation. Spotlessly clean and super comfortable firm bed, plenty of toiletries, towels & linens. Great comms from owner and super easy prompt check-in. Electronic door entry meant no keys 🙌"

"Shabby chic wardrobe with creaky doors was irritating and apartment smelled damp/musty from the drains. The smell was easily remedied with €2 big bottle of bleach from the Carrefour supermarket just 1min walk - poured down the drains - problem solved 👍👌The creaky wardrobe was not such an easy fix so we left as is and didn’t use it. Otherwise, a fabulous stay! 🤩😁"

"The location of the apartment is excellent - in the heart of the historic centre of Perpignan. Restaurants, cafés, shops are close for anything you need. The apartment is in an old, but very well kept building. Despite the central location, the apartment was quiet. Air conditioning and WIFI worked well for us. We would happily book the property again on our next visit to Perpignan. Highlights: opening the windows on Saturday morning to see the lovely food market on the square. "Ego" ice creams are a must try!"

"Though everything was perfect, I would suggest equipping the kitchenette with a few basics: salt, pepper, oil (all utensils are available, but to actually make a meal you need to purchase basic stuff). Also the sponge for washing dishes would be great. We didn't have a problem with that as we mostly were eating out."
