"There are a few things that could be improved: there were no face towels, only one small soap provided for four people, the sink was slightly clogged, which caused some inconvenience, and there was an unpleasant drain smell coming from the shower cabin. If these details are improved, the stay would be perfect. Overall – great location and cleanliness, but there is room for improvement in the bathroom amenities."

"The location was perfect. It was right in the heart of the city and easily accessible. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Restaurants, shops, even their local grocers are reachable on foot. The apartment was small but nevertheless it was clean and comfortable."

"The rather narrow, spiral staircase and 5 storeys to climb was daunting for us, especially with our luggages. Would not recommend to those who are elderly or have too many luggages with them."

"Abbiamo soggiornato in quattro amiche, la struttura è splendida, un po’ piccolina ma c’è tutto quello che serve. La posizione è impareggiabile, con un secondo si scende sugli champs Élysées. Supermercati, locali e Parigi a portata di mano. Un po’ scomode le scale per salire su, se si soffre di claustrofobia o vertigini forse non fa al caso vostro. La vista sui tetti di Parigi è bellissima e l’atmosfera che si crea la sera quando si vede benissimo il fascio di luce della tour Eiffel é impagabile. Assolutamente consigliato."

"К сожалению очень много нюансов, таких как чистота, очень пыльно , грязная посуда, битый бокал, трудный доступ на 5 этаж, запах канализации в квартире, постоянный шум вентиляции. Но особое негативное внимание заслуживает входная дверь! Никакой безопасности! Хоть дверь закрывается на ключ, но замок не закрывается как положено… я толкнула , совсем без усилий , закрытую дверь снаружи (для проверки) и она без проблем открылась… так это женская сила. то есть вы и ваши ценности в открытом доступе для всех. Это печально…двери и замок нужно срочно заменить."
