"Very peaceful, easy walk into town for food and a shop and patisserie within 200m , room was warm and comfortable, lady that greeted us and saw us off the next morning was a perfect host, definitely worth the price and we’d definitely go there again , also safe ample parking"

"Bed was very comfortable and room included fridge, microwave, kettle, and coffee pod machine and various pods. Breakfast was typical French style with fresh bagette and croisants with butter and home made preserves. Very pleasant garden. En suite shower and toilet were very convenient with plenty of hot water and toileteries. Location was 15 minutes drive from Dieppe ferry port and there were plenty of opportunities for dining and shopping all within 10 minutes or less by car. There is a nice boulangerie 100m along the street and small eateries within walking distance - just need to check opening times and days to ensure you are not disappointed."

"The off street parking was very good, but you need to be careful entering and exiting as the entrance is narrow and very close to the road where traffic can be quite busy at rush hour times."

"Arrived after 5 days in the Avenue and was great to have some luxury for our last day. The Location and tranquility was great. Breakfast outside was bliss."
