"Great location, cosy feeling, well designed and equipped. Easy, clean, ready to feel at home within minutes. Private Garden is also a great add on. We also enjoyed some fun playing table tennis."
"We were a group of seven people, and we all had an amazing stay at this place. It was comfortable, and the location was perfect. There was free Wi-Fi and all the essential amenities we needed. Additionally, it was close to the metro, which made traveling around the city much easier."

"Amazing and cozy studio in the heart of Cannes with magnificent view! I like it so much! The host is very nice, friendly and pleasant. I really enjoyed my stay. Very nice bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable sofa-bed. Thanks to two large windows with a beautiful view and high ceilings, the studio is very bright and spacious! The atmosphere in the studio is like home. And the sea is very close on foot. This is a wonderful place, I recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of Cannes and the sea, Cote d'Azur! "Le Manoir des Basses Rivières is well beyond a bed and breakfast. You will have an exceptional stay. Guillaume and Arthur have considered every detail, and the entire stay is simply classy. Le Manoir is set in the most stunning location and has been the highlight of our time in France. It really is a privilege to stay here. Facilities are top notch, property is beautiful, and the hosts are so accommodating. We will be back (for a longer stay) for certain."

"Great layout and very well-equipped apartment — it truly feels like home. The apartment was clean, well organised, and stocked with essential items like oil, salt, and coffee, which made our arrival very comfortable. Excellent location for skiing, with easy access to several ski resorts. This was especially useful early in the season when snow conditions varied, allowing us to ski every day. The apartment is also conveniently located about 80 minutes from Lausanne and Geneva. The host was very kind and responsive, providing great support whenever we needed assistance."
