"Amazing view from a great apartment right on the beach."

"A very comfortable and cosy apartment right in the heart of Évian! The bed is large and incredibly comfortable — we slept wonderfully. The apartment is bright, clean, and fully equipped with everything you might need. The loggia with its beautiful view of Lake Geneva is a true highlight — calm, peaceful, and perfect for both mornings and evenings. The location is excellent: just a 5-minute walk to the centre, with shops, cafés, and the lakeside promenade nearby. A special thank you to the hosts — they were exceptionally kind, attentive, and responsive. Every message was answered instantly. They welcomed us personally, helped us settle in, and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly felt like valued guests. Maria, thank you — to you, your father and your sister. Everything was wonderful and filled with care. We would love to come back again!"

"Sab and Stef were super responsive and helpful with all our needs and requests. The apartment is very cozy, all amenities in working and clean state. Towel, cooking utensils, and FANS or ventilators placed in every room. in this hot summer weather- that was very thoughtful thank you! My family had an amazing time but unfortunately our trip was cut short due to an emergency. Hopefully we can stay here again the next time we come visiting Paris"

"The place is in a great location, close to Bonne Nouvelle metro station (5 min), 20 min from Louvre on foot, and on a quiet street. Some great cafes are just down the road. The bed is big and comfortable, kettle, coffee machine, iron and hair dryer are provided which is good."
