"It’s the perfect location for everything in Alsace - walking, shopping, wining and dining - and the chalets are cousy and comfortable."

"Would like a little more equipment in the kitchen - for example a kettle and lids that matches the pots. And the cleaning was ok, but could be a little better - spider webs in the corners for instance."

"On a adoré le cadre la neige était au rendez-vous c'était magnifique, petits et grands ont bien profité de la piscine. La location de l'appareil à raclette nous a vraiment dépanner avant oublié le nôtre a la maison."

"The chalet was quite comfortable, very clean and silent. It looked over a hill and we even had a private fence which delimitated the property from the neighbors. Some of the receptionists were very kind, although not all.... The restaurant was cosy and we had a nice dinner one evening, but you need to book in advance."

"Our teenage boys tried for 4 days to have access to the billiard, but the cues were NEVER available. There were people from other chalets who kept the cues for 2,5 days in a row!!! The receptionists were, supposedly, not entitled to contact them and ask them to return the cues. It s a pity that this aspect was not better regulated."
