"Hotel situé dans un petit écrin de verdure très paisible, personnel très chaleureux et sympathique. La piscine est superbe et tranquille Chambre tout confort dotée d'une belle petite terrasse et d'un frigo très utile en plein mois d'août !"

"Auf einem Hügel gelegen mit schönen Zimmer und freundlichem Service. Das Frühstück war top und wir konnten unsere Motorräder beim Eingangsbereich abstellen."

"Die Auswahl der Restaurants in der Umgebung waren von speziellen Nationalitäten. Das Lokal, was wir ausgewählt haben, war etwa 800m bergab entfernt und sehr zufriedenstellend."

"The location is excellent just a minute from the stunning Pantheon building and a 10min stroll down to Notre Dame. The breakfast is excellent, room quite spacious for Paris and the staff were lovely."

"There was a very homely feel to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I liked that there was a water fountain close to the reception where one has a choice of three different types of water. I have travelled to Saumur on numerous occasions, but the location of this hotel on l'île d'Offard is excellent. One is a 10 minute walk from the tourist part of Saumur but not paying tourist prices!"

"The room was a very good size. The bed was very comfortable with quality clean bedding, it enabled a great nights rest. It was February so did not use the pool. I did use the spa and enjoyed it very much. The only two down sides were the tiles over the shower area grout was very unclean looking (It needed a good deep clean) The facilities in the kitchen were a great bonus, however you couldn't wash or dry dishes as there was no dishwasher tablet or tea drying towel. But I would stay there again. Excellent location for the tram into Bordeaux."
