"The hosts are incredibly warm and welcoming. Staying at Casa Alta was so comfortable it revitalised us on our way to continue the GR20. The stay, delicious dinner and hearty breakfast fortified us at the half way point. Casa Alta would be a great place to stay longer to relax."

"We arrived at midday, they welcomed us and immediately gave us a room and we spent the afternoon at the Cascades de Anglais. When we returned in the evening there was no one and we left an email that we would leave the following morning at 6 to take the GR20 again. After 5 minutes we received an answer that they would prepare breakfast for us at 5.30 (the normal time was from 7 to 9.30) and they were delightful in their welcome and friendliness. super recommended"

"Great breakfast with a wide selection of food including homemade jams and local cheese. The room was clean and cozy with pastoral ambience. The location is a bit outside of the center of Vizzavona, but bars and restaurants easily reachable by foot. Great place to stay for a hiking trip."

"Wonderful stay at Casa Alta in the midst of the GR20 - exactly what we needed: warmth, comfort, great food and friendly staff. We had a fantastic dinner upon arrival as well as amazing breakfast before entering the second/southern part of the GR20. Bed is very comfy (especially after over a week in refuges and tents) and staff nice & accommodating."
