"We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful dog-friendly rental with breathtaking views! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning scenery that surrounded the property. Not only was the location absolutely perfect, but the host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and memorable for us and pur furry friend. Their hospitality was unmatched, and they were always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations for things to do in the area. We truly felt like valued guests in their home, and our dog felt right at home too. The rental itself was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. We especially loved spending the evening on the terrace overlooking the river, taking in the views and listening to the sounds of nature while our dog played in the spacious garden I 100% recommend this dog-friendly rental enough to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with incredible views and a warm, welcoming host."

"Lovely remote location set in nature, with a view over the river. The owner, Jean Charles was absolutely wonderful and so helpful...we experienced car issues and he really went above and beyond to help us, which we are so grateful for!"

"I wish I had been more prepared for the mosquitos, but to be expected so close to water! The breakfast was basic but very fresh."

"This is an absolute gem. The location. The deck with the view, the private pool overlooking the Dordogne. We have two small dogs and needed to get their documents stamped for entry back to the UK. The vet in Madrid didn’t know what to do. I explained it to Jean-Charles (the owner) and he told me he would speak to his son. He came out of his way to ask exactly what we needed. He booked a local vet for us and the next morning everything was sorted. The grounds are nice and well kept. It’s close to St Emillion where we spent a day tasting the beautiful wines. We would definitely go back. Take fly spray to spray your room and some insect repellent so you can sit on the decking in the evening. If your up early enough the sunrise is spectacular."

"En couple pour une nuit, nous venions pour le côté insolite du lieu donc pas déçus de l'emplacement original en face du fleuve. La cabane en bois etait sympa et propre. Le propriétaire très sympa ! Petit dejeuner agréable servi en terrasse mais un peu simple toutefois...du melon, croissant et baguette avec beurre, confitures."

"Un petit bémol sur la piscine mais jamais simple en extérieur avec des arbres aux alentours ! Le point negatif à mon sens est la belle terrasse en bois devant la cabane qui meriterait un bon coup de karcher en debut de saison et un coup de balai regulier pour les feuilles amassées ! C'est dommage car toute la beauté du lieu est là et n'est pas vraiment mise en valeur du coup !"

"Leuke tussenstop van twee nachten op weg naar Zuid Spanje. Ideaal om een dagje Saint-Emilion en Pomerol huizen te bezoeken. Mooie cabane met terras aan de rivier. Heel rustig. Gastheer Jean Charles heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam."
