"Beautiful, well presented property. All the decor was gorgeous and well thought out. It catered for every need. From the gift basket on arrival to the fresh eggs. The washing machine was so handy. It had everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We will be recommending to friends and family."

"The area around La Brenne is very rural and quiet, this property is located within a village, La Villatte, and it is well worth the trip on winding country roads. I can highly recommend it to families, friends traveling together. it was a way station on our way to Gers and southern France. The hostess is very friendly and welcoming and keen to ensure that our stay was pleasurable. The village and the property is probably a 30 minutes drive from main roads so plan for this - but again a very nice stay. There are superb restaurants within a 20-minute drive."

"The environment was relaxing and the chickens were very entertaining. The hosts left a croissant basket with treats in the apartment with orange juice, milk, jam, and chocolates. So awesome! The gîte itself was very well renovated and the beds and bathrooms were excellent. It was fun to walk around the property. We highly recommend staying here."

"De eigenaren hebben met veel liefde een oude schuur verbouwd tot sfeervol verblijf. Je rijdt door stille dorpjes en staat midden tussen de kippen bij aankomst. Echt een plek om tot rust te komen. De auto met aanhanger konden we makkelijk parkeren. Als er iets was, konden we op ieder moment aankloppen bij de eigenaren, die naast het verblijf wonen. Erg stil in de nacht."
