"Great location, not far the tram stop however only a 10 minute walk to Victoire. Properly was warm and cosy, great facilities and a lovely breakfast (photo does not do it justice). Stefan the host, was friendly and accommodating. Definitely would return."

"Everything was perfect"
"Very good breakfast including GF options. Spacious and well equipped room. Host very welcoming. Very easy tram access into Bordeaux. Secure covered parking very close by."

"The lady who runs the B&B is excellent. Service, recommendations , breakfast everything was spot-on! The location is great for walking to Bordeaux to visit restaurants / shops etc. One of the squares where we ate was approx 12 minutes walk. Car parking is in a large garage two doors before the Cosy B&B. I had requested parking but found my car too large for the allocated parking bay so I had to 'upgrade' to a larger parking bay @ 10€. Not a problem as I prefer the security of safe parking. Breakfast was plentiful & hot dishes were available. The bedrooms are spotless & everything worked & a very comfy bed. After driving over 14 hours it was wonderful to stay at the Cosy B&B. Would definitely stay here again. A very enjoyable stay."
"Nothing - totally happy!"
"We received a very warm and kind welcome. The room was extremely quiet and peaceful, and we slept wonderfully, it really felt like being at home. The place was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was excellent as well. You truly feel at home here."
"The only small downside was that the heating was air-conditioning only, which wasn’t ideal during the very cold weather."
"Quiet location, good breakfast, good room, lovely landlady, not far from centre, easy parking"
"You could hear guests in the neighbouring bathroom in the morning"
"Convenient for the centre, space, friendliness, great room, good breakfast, charming host."

"Staff were amazing, bedroom was spotlessly clean, bathroom was beautiful."

"Hhhhhighly recommend this place from the bottom of my heart! Everything was even better than I imagined. The house is absolutely beautiful, with so many lovely details that create a very special and warm atmosphere. I am incredibly grateful to the host for his kindness, responsiveness, and help during our stay. He made everything so easy and welcoming. Actually this trip didn’t feel like a typical vacation... it felt as if you came to visit family. The breakfasts together were amazing, and the atmosphere was truly wonderful. Every moment felt cozy, warm, and special. It’s one of those places that stay in your heart. I sincerely recommend this place to everyone and I really hope to come back again soon."
"What a view from the balcony :-)! We choose the 2 bedroom appartment to get the better view, and wauv! The kitchen and the bed (in the master bedroom) is also absolutely nice. The toilet is isolated, you can't even wash your hands there - that's a little weird, but never mind. The communication could have been better. We tried writing for instructions the day before arriving, no response. And when we showed up, it almost felt like it was a surprise. Communication during the stay was also most often met with radio silence. We were then instructed that we had to do the cleaning ourselves. We we pointed out that this was not part of the deal, the instruction changed and we now only had to discharge the garbage and do the dishes (which goes without saying, in my head)."

"Excellent location with both paid parking on the hotel territory and free parking along the road, which is very convenient. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming — honestly, one of the nicest teams I’ve ever met. The place has a great positive vibe and a lovely atmosphere. The room is small, but very cozy and comfortable. The bed is super comfy — I slept perfectly and really rested well. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily come back!"
