"For me location was the key because I was close to the highway and I had very good Tunisian restaurant very close and 2 supermarkets were on the walking distance. Even Le Mans circuit is very close."
"In time I was there, it was a street construction. But that had to be done sometimes. Right?"
"We were karting over the weekend at Le Mans international karting circuit so this is ideal as a 5min drive away. Thomas was very communicative and checked in on us through the stay. The property is on the 2nd floor (One we stayed in) but was not an issue and being on top floor had big roof windows that let in cool breeze on the hot evening / night. there was a full kitchen which we didn’t use. Great bathroom and decent shower."
"Nothing really. Minor quibble was the second bed was a futon in the living room but it was firm and passable."

"If you are a tall person (1,85m +), the second floor room may require a bit of your attention due to the roof structure. All the rest is fine."
"This place have everything you need for a visit in Le Mans. It's in quite a good location and you can go there by bus or tram. Room was clean and very cosy. The best thing for us was well equipped kitchen which allows you to prepare your meal if you want to. Beside that Thomas is a very cheerful and helpful host, and there was no problem during our visit! If you are going to Le Mans I could gladly recommend this place!"

"Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville. Notre hôte avait mis à disposition de l'eau, du café et Netflix. Les sites à visiter sont très très à mois de 15 min en voiture et même en transport c'est pratique. Je l'échange avec notre hôte Thomas était vraiment agréable : il était à l'écoute et réactif. Ravie de ce super séjour !"
