Beau rivage

"The location is good, about 25 mins walk outside the town of Annecy. However, the private Beau Rivage jetty/beach area is brilliant. We spent many hours in and around the water. The property is lovely, I think that it could do with some better pictures."

"The only issue we had was with the wifi. The internet speed was terrible, so I ended up using a load of data that I hadn't planned, but was OK. The arrival was a little confusing, as the fob to get through the carpark barrier was in the property, but we eventually figured it out and got the keys."

"Car park had a barrier which required a transmitter. The transmitter was was the property keys. The property keys were in a keybox inside the property. Access to the keybox inside the property required a building code. Nobody was there to meet us. The process was awkward, especially after a long drive"

"The arrival process could definitely have been easier. Once we were in, the apartment was very nice."

"Lage am See. Vom Strand aus schwimmen oder paddeln möglich. Moderne grosszügige Wohnung, eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Auch zum selber kochen ideal. Etwa 20 Minuten Spaziergang von Altstadt Annecy entfernt."

"Kein WLAN, für 7 Tage, obwohl wir dies schon am ersten Abend der Woche gemeldet haben. Zwischen Unterkunft und Strand eine viel befahrene Strasse. Fenster der Schlafzimmer gehen auf übel riechenden Hof mit Kehricht Containern, aber es hat Kühlgeräte in den Zimmern."

Face au lac, superbe immeuble, appartement très grand et décoré avec goût, très bien équipé, triple vitrage efficace, local à vélo et place de parking disponible gratuitement, je conseille d'ailleurs pour ceux qui n'aiment pas marcher de prendre les vélo car à environ à 30min de marche du vieux Annecy."
