"Great apartment in a great location — just a short walk from the city center and promenade by the sea . It’s small but very cozy and has everything you need, including a well-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine. The sofa bed is comfortable, and the balcony with a table, chairs, and drying rack was a nice bonus. Huge thanks to Pierre for allowing early check-in and late check-out — it really helped me a lot! I really enjoyed my stay and would gladly come back!"

"Le logement correspond très bien aux photos il est super fonctionnel et propre. Très bien situé pour tout, et surtout bien insonorisé par rapport à bcp d'autres logements à nice. Le balcon est un vrai +. Je reviendrai lors de mon prochain sejour!"
