"The place is amazing - a real French spirit and character. In addition, very comfortable. The breakfast was a piece of art, both in terms of composition and also a taste, the variety and artisan local ingredients. The owner is very welcoming, friendly and also professional. It was a pleasure to chat about the food around the table. If you want to indulge in a real French countryside atmosphere and spirit, you definitely have to visit the place!"

"Charming bright room. Lovely bathroom with bath and shower. Baths are a rarety these days! Breakfast was perfect with lots of homemade jams, yoghurt etc. Host was friendly and helpful. Perfect stop off point on the way further south"

"Very spacious great value well kept apartment with lovely views out to the sea. We loved watching the bats at night! Very quiet and peaceful, ample parking. Jean Guy and his son Eric were friendly and provided lots of information on all the local sights and amenities. Don't miss the amazing aquarium! And Nicole gelato in the town was the best we've ever had, we had it every day..."

"My children and grandchildren were able to play tennis, cycle locally, play table tennis, swim in the pool, visit the local castle, eat locally - and cook and eat at the property. Children slept in separate rooms close to their parents. They were happy, so I am happy. My wife and I had our own set of rooms separate from the main building. A lovely host and an enjoyable stay."

"Its location within 10 mins’ walk of 3 châteaux, & plenty of cafes & restaurants, in a really pretty old street. Comfortable, clean, heating available if required. A proper sofa-bed, with curtains for privacy if needed. The addition of a small tabletop oven as well as a microwave was a thoughtful touch."
"Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido la amabilidad de Sebastian cuando llegamos, se tomó mucho tiempo en explicarnos cosas de la zona. El apartamento tiene unas vistas maravillosas y está equipado con todo lo necesario. La cama es espectacular, comodisima y el agua de la ducha caliente al instante, una maravilla. Para mí son 2 cosas fundamentales cuando viajo y ambas eran excelentes."
"Beautiful location, great views, very peaceful (especially in October when we visited), clean, and just steps away from the beach; everything one needs is available. No WiFi meant really reducing internet activity, ensuring that we could wind down and relax. Very pretty town, too. Will definitely do it again."
