"The room was very compact but perfectly lovely as was the bathroom. I slept well with delightfully comfy pillows. Also, a little lift is always such a relief with a really heavy suitcase (my mobile home for 9 months) and a dodgy hip!!"

"Could I please ask for a hair dryer in the room attached to wall or a hand held one?"

"Comfortable and friendly. Nice clean rooms. Good location!"

"Very strategically located, easy access to public transportation and amenities."

"Nothing really! Just minor things such as the small lift, and long route to my room that is located at the back part of the hotel."

"Helpful staff, great location in front of the metro and great restaurants, comfortable bed."

"AC temperature cant be controlled in the room, they have central default temperature for the whole building. We liked to sleep in colder temp, but it was really warm to be able to sleep soundly. Staff gave us a fan though, so that was fine."
