"Efficient check in and a warm welcome. The room was very clean and we value the underground car park. We stay here mainly for the location - overlooking the canal, proximity to restaurants and shops."

"We have stayed here many times. In contrast to previous visits it seemed as if costs have been pared to the bone eg no gel in the shower - just a small bar of soap in the basin, less than half a toilet roll , not even a bottle of water in the fridge and reception closed early."

"The toilet and bathroom were separate and as a result a bit confined. If you need the lift it is small and there can be a bot of demand for it especially as the staff use it as well."
