"The location was very convenient and the place was quiet and really nice. Using the stairs to the top floor require a bit of care and could use a railing, though. Everything beyond that was great!"

"A spacious apartement on two floors in a nice part of Lille. If you don't mind an escaliere it's perfect. There's a metro station near it, but you can walk easily into centre ville. Another attraction, marché de Wazemmes is close by, too. Last but not least there was ample free legal parking on the street."

"Very close to UCL. Two levels flat. Clean and do worth this price."

"A washing mashine was out of order rather long time ago...(water injection is definitely broken). But still the price for the stay is very ok as for this place."

"It was comfortable, with everything we needed for a short stay in Lille. The location was very near to the Wazemmes market and walking distance to the Grand place and places of interest."

"L'emplacement est parfait, a proximité des commerces et surtout a 15min a pieds du centre ville, Proximité du métro, On a pu tout faire a pied, Le logement est fonctionnel, en duplex, l'appartement donne sur l'arrière cour donc peu de bruit, malgré la fête de la musique 😉 Antoine est réactif aux messages, arrangeant, Bref nous avons passé un chouette séjour dans cet appartement !! Je recommande a 100%!"

"Kleines zweckmäßiges Apartment in guter Lage. Sehr ruhig, was sehr wichtig für mich ist."

"Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Kaum Gläser und Besteck, das Bad hat seine besten Zeiten vor langem gehabt. Letztendlich aber alles soweit okay und die mega ruhige Umgebung lässt alle Mängel vergessen."

"Appartement très bien placé pour visiter Lille à pied, il est aussi spacieux. Le lit est confortable. Parking gratuit dans la rue le week-end et jours fériés."

"Quelques améliorations : il faudrait changer le lave linge qui fuît abondamment car le couvercle est cassé et réparer la lumière du lavabo."
