"The property was very quiet and relaxing. The gardens were beautiful and well kept. The pool was clean and well maintained, and the water was at a very comfortable temperature. Our home had a wonderful fully furnished kitchen, washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The rooms & bathrooms were very clean, modern, comfortable. This truly is an awesome home"

"The apartment was really very clean and fresh. a bed and a sofa were comfortable. Localization for us (we came for the tennis tournament) was very OK. Walking distance to buses (1 and 4 to the Tennis Country Club, 600 and 80 for Nice) and main attractions of Monte Carlo. A small shop with everything just in the next building. Nice restaurants close to the apt. nice building and safe surroundings."

"We hadden een prettig verblijf. Het huis was prima in verhouding tot de prijs die we ervoor betaalden. De ruime en uitgeruste open keuken was zeer aangenaam. Een extra zetel in de leefruimte zou deze nog aangenamer maken. De bedden waren van goede kwaliteit maar voor ons iets te klein. Wat echt opviel, was hoe goed bereikbaar en behulpzaam de eigenaar was. Een misverstand over de kinderstoel werd direct aangepakt en nog dezelfde avond opgelost. Dat hebben we enorm gewaardeerd. Een fijne ervaring!"

"When you travel a lot, you immediately notice places where everything is done with respect for the guest, more than required by the standard. This is such a place. You feel like staying longer, and from the very beginning you feel at home. The photos match reality. There is free parking in front of the house. Everything functioned without any problems. One of the best places of the year. With respect to the owner for such an attitude."
