"I don’t know why the rating is not better, I thought this place was perfect! Yes, it’s a small studio (picture it as a student studio), so if you expect hotel quality, don’t book this one! I slept really well in the double bed (just watch out, there’s no airco so if it gets hot, it will definitely be difficult to sleep here, the bathroom was very clean & had hot water, the location was a 20-min walk from the city center (perfect for me), there’s a Supermarket & a boulangerie (to buy bread) a few meters away, there’s a park where you can park your car (you need to pay, it’s around 8€/full day so reasonable)… Honnestly good value for money!"

"Ruim appartement, mooi terras met zicht op Monaco, zwembad, ruime salon. Aan een drukke weg gelegen maar toch erg rustig eens je binnen bent. Ook parking (onmisbaar in deze omgeving) heel dicht bij appartement"

"Leuk huis in een rustige straat, met gratis parkeergelegenheid op korte afstand (om de hoek). Supermarkt ook om de hoek en Lille is makkelijk bereikbaar! Fanatieke hardlopers kunnen vanaf het appartement langs de rivier helemaal naar Lille rennen."
